About Me
Austin Samson is an American born architect and designer. He holds a Master’s Degree from The Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) where he graduated with distinction and was awarded the SCI-Arc Service Award given to students who continuously provide outstanding contributions to the SCI-Arc community.
Austin began his architecture career in the wood shop of his local high school in Ledyard, CT and then moved to Boston, MA where he received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Wentworth Institute of Technology. While attending Wentworth, he took part in a study abroad program located in Berlin, Germany. During that time he was able to learn from local German architects while traveling around Europe for three months.
In 2009, Austin participated in an internship program at Electric Boat, a company that designs and builds submarines for the U.S Navy. While at E.B he reviewed and scheduled renovation plans for buildings located on campus. In 2010, Austin was asked to be a par
